WALKER REFUSES TO PROSECUTE A CRIME SINCE THERE WILL BE NO FINANCIAL RETURN

As you will notice (like too many other county good ole boys) Walker's letter of response to the July 23rd letter requesting "prosecution" of the DA FAILS TO ADDRESS what was actually asked of him.......to "prosecute the CRIMES" committed, instead his letter to the Judge and Commisioner's "Court of Corruption" ONLY addresses the costs to "bring a LAWSUIT" for MONETARY damages!! The County Attorney knows darn well that he has a DUTY under the law to "PROSECUTE" the DA for the CRIMES he committed per the Texas Penal Code cited in the letter requesting he do so. This "tactic" of pretending to deal with a citizen's complaint/request while actually "changing" the subject is rife in this county and the citizen's should put a stop to it by standing up to each and every corrupt officeholder who pulls this in response to info and action requests.
